Capability index

If it’s part of a building, it’s probably in here

Grandview Contractors runs an unusually broad shop for a single Utah B100 license — planning, ground-up construction, renovation, restoration, structural work, steel, and concrete. This is the working index of our capabilities, organized under six families.

How this index works

We’re building this index out into hyper-specific pages, one service at a time, so each capability eventually gets its own honest write-up — what it involves, what it costs in Utah, and where the constraints hide. Until then, each family below lists representative scopes and links to its hub. Every scope runs under one statewide B100 general contractor license, verifiable at dopl.utah.gov. The lists show the shape of what we do, not the ceiling. We are fond of straight lines and straight answers.

Don’t see it? Ask.

An index this size still misses things. If your project sits between categories — or in none of them — call (385) 236-1741 and describe it. You’ll get a straight answer about whether it’s our kind of work, and a pointer to someone better suited if it isn’t.

Tell us what you’re working on

We reply within a couple of hours during business hours — a day at most. You’ll get a straight read on scope, sequence, and budget before anyone commits to anything.
