Organized breadth, not a wall of services
Grandview Contractors is a Utah DOPL B100 general contractor (license #14282236-5501) serving Utah County and the Salt Lake Valley, Payson to North Salt Lake. We plan, build, renovate, repair, and restore — and we organize all of it into six families so you can find the right starting point in one pass instead of scrolling a hundred bullet points.
Every service we offer lives in one of these
Planning & Project Management
General contracting, design-build, construction management, preconstruction, estimating, and owner’s-rep work. This is the family for projects that need a scope, a budget, and an accountable head before they need a crew.
ExploreNew Construction
Custom homes, ADUs, garages and shops, multifamily buildings, and commercial ground-up projects from excavation to certificate of occupancy. One license carries the permits, the schedule, and the trade coordination the whole way.
ExploreRenovation & Build-Outs
Whole-home remodels, kitchens, baths, basement finishes, additions, and commercial tenant improvements. Existing buildings hide their history, so we scope for what’s behind the drywall before we put a number on it.
ExploreRepair, Restoration & Property Services
Repairs, unit turns, maintenance programs, and fire, water, and storm damage reconstruction. Built for property managers and owners who need documentation, tenant-safe scheduling, and a contractor who answers the second call too.
ExploreSite, Structure & Envelope
Excavation, demolition, foundations and foundation repair, concrete, framing, roofing, siding, and waterproofing. These are the parts that take the brunt of Utah’s freeze-thaw cycles, expansive clay, and canyon wind — get them right and everything above them lasts longer.
ExploreSpecialty Capabilities
Structural steel and welding, railings and stairs, mezzanines, LiDAR as-built scanning, and accessibility retrofits — the scopes that round out a project, treated with the same care as everything else we build.

Start with the outcome you need, not the trade name
You don’t need to know whether your project is “design-build” or “construction management,” or whether a sagging floor is a framing problem or a foundation problem. Start with what you’re trying to end up with — a finished basement, a second unit that rents, a building that stops leaking — and pick the family that sounds closest. Every family hub explains what’s inside it and where the edges are.
If you’d rather skip the browsing, one call does the mapping. Describe the outcome; we’ll tell you which scope it actually is, what it depends on, and what order things need to happen in. We see dependencies before they become delays.
Two other pages help here: the full capability index is the alphabetical version of this page, useful when you know exactly what you’re looking for. And how we work walks through the five phases every project moves through, from first conversation to final punch list.

Grandview holds a Utah B100 general contractor license, verifiable at dopl.utah.gov. Mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and other licensed trades are performed by licensed partners: Grandview holds the contract and manages them — we coordinate, sequence, and quality-check their work within your project, and you deal with one accountable contractor either way.
