What happens after you reach out

  1. We read it, and we listen. Your message goes to a person, not a queue. We reply with the right next question — usually about the site, the timeline, or the constraint you haven’t mentioned yet.
  2. A short call to scope the fit. Fifteen or twenty minutes on what you want, whether we’re the right contractor for it, and a rough budget reality check so nobody wastes a month finding out the numbers don’t work.
  3. A site visit or a documented estimate. If it makes sense to keep going, we walk the site or put a written estimate in front of you. No pressure, no obligation — you’ll have what you need to decide either way.

The more you can tell us up front, the better our first reply. Useful things to include: the property’s city or address, what you’re trying to accomplish, any timeline that matters (a lease start, a closing date, a tenant move-in), and whether you already have drawings or an insurance scope. Photos help. None of it is required — we’ll ask for what we need.

  • Work involving steel or concrete, whether standalone or part of a larger scope

If your project needs more than one trade showing up in the right order, that’s the work we’re built for.

Probably not us:

Single-trade jobs a specialist can do cheaper on their own — one water heater, one interior door, a small patch of drywall. Hiring a general contractor to manage one trade adds cost without adding value. Tell us anyway and we’ll point you to the right person; a five-minute call that saves you money is a good call.
